This position is a front line role looking after guests in person in addition to telephone, e-mail and written enquiries. General duties will include taking admissions, being the first point of call for all enquiries in person and over the phone, organising school and group bookings, booking the various "Keeper Experience” and “Animal Encounter” sessions on offer, and processing our annual passes.

Applicants must be reliable, competent handling money and have good literacy, numeracy and computer skills (Word and Excel skills essential) and be able to attend to all visitors in a polite and friendly manner ensuring a high level of customer care at all times. Accounting skills desirable but not essential.

Due to the nature of our business, successful applicants must have a flexible approach to working hours and be able to work weekends, school holidays and all bank holidays. Holidays must be taken off season during our Winter Winter period. An interest in wildlife conservation beneficial.
